Pacifica is an all-ages co-housing community located in Carrboro, North Carolina, where each household lives in a private home, setting their own balance between privacy and community. The community is made up of attached townhouses, stacked houses and a few stand-alone homes which range in size from 600 square feet to 1,460 square feet. Amenities include community gardens and a play field, along with the Common House that is host to community meals and social gatherings. Pacific is governed by an HOA and residents have a shared responsibility for the maintenance of the community.
