Lake Mountain Estates is the only senior living community in Boulder City, Nevada. The HOA fees are very low and residents own the land their manufactured home resides on. Some homes have views of Lake Mead or of the surrounding mountain range. It is common to see Big Horn sheep, Quail and other wildlife around the community. Most homes also have RV/Boat parking. Lake Mountain Estates is approximately five minutes from Lake Mead and downtown Boulder City. Boulder City also has a senior center, several parks, a movie theater, hospital, private airport, marina, local shopping and dining.
