Concord Riverwalk is a new, intimate neighborhood of energy efficient homes located in West Concord, Massachusetts, northwest of Boston. The community is made up of single family homes, each with a front porch that faces a common park and connected by gravel footpaths to community gardens, a screened pavilion, and a nature preserve along the Assabet River. This pocket neighborhood of just 13 homes follows the National Homebuilders Green Home Guidelines and was named their Community of the Year for 2014.
