The Overlook at Old Atlanta is a private, gated, active adult 55+ community located in Suwanee, Georgia, northeast of Atlanta. The community features both villas and single family homes. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, community gardens, tennis and pickle ball courts, walking trails and a clubhouse with catering kitchen and exercise room.  The community was a winner at the National Association of Home Builders Show in 2019 for Best Attached Homes over 1,700 square feet.
