Lake-Sumter Community College and the University of Central Florida  have campuses in Clermont.

Crime in Clermont is higher than the national average. Crime will be very different by neighborhood, however.

There are 2 hospitals in Clermont: Sun Coast and South Lake (although they both share the same address)

Transportation

Hi Acres airport and Kings Field Airport; Amtrak is 19 miles away in Lake Buena Vista; Clermont is not considered a walkable community.
