Balsam Mountain Preserve is a private club community nestled inside a Nature Preserve in western North Carolina. Located less than 40 minutes west of Asheville, the Blue Ridge Mountain community is comprised of 4,400 acres with a commitment to preserve its natural surroundings. Homesites at Balsam Mountain Preserve offer mountain views, and elevations ranging from 3,000-4,700 feet, with  homesites on one to two acres. Members select from an array of activities including championship golf, an Equestrian Center, a fitness and wellness pavilion, and over 40 miles of  hiking trails.
