What RiverLights is like

RiverLights is a new master planned community in Wilmington, North Carolina, that offers waterfront living on the Cape Fear River. The 1,400 acre river-oriented community will include townhomes and single family homes along with an age-qualified neighborhood for active adults 55+. Amenities include a 30 acre lake, and a Marina Village featuring a 112-slip marina, a boardwalk, shops, and restaurants.
