The Windsor Museum at Boardwalk Park is a multi-building living history display.  The Town's Art and Heritage Center maintains a number of exhibits. There are outdoor concerts in summer. The Windsor Community Playhouse produces several theatrical productions each year.  Residents have easy access to productions and shows at the Union Colony Civic Center.

Crime rate is quite low.

Hospitals and medical centers are available in nearby Greeley and Loveland.

Amtrak is 10 miles away in Loveland; Denver International Airport is 63 miles away.
