Heritage Palms is an active, gated, golf course community of single family, one- story homes. The community is centered around an 18-hole, Arthur Hills designed golf course covering some 170 acres. The golf course includes an adjacent driving range as well as chipping, sand trap, and putting areas. Heritage Palms also includes a 32,000 square foot clubhouse with food and beverage service, meeting rooms, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, four lighted tennis courts, bocce ball, library, card rooms, pool room.
