It has an endless amount of amenities and activities.  Sun City is the second largest active community in the world with 48,000 residents. It was founded by Del Webb in 1960.  Every conceivable activity - 7 recreation centers, 8 golf courses, 3 country clubs, 2 bowling centers, Sun Bowl, and Viewpoint Lake.
