best new urban communities

I have heard of Celebration, and Abacoa and Seaside in Florida. But i am wondering about some of the smaller new urban communities. For example, the Village of Providence in Huntsville, AL (reviewed on this site under Master Planned/New Urban). Anybody know of others worth considering, preferably in the Sun Belt?

Interestingly, there are a number of older Florida communities that were master planned. Plus others that have new urban style communities within their borders. Check out Venice, Winter Park, Ave Maria (new), Naples.

I agree with you. It's an old idea Parts of Rome and Paris are pretty good examples.
