New Eco/Equine Village emphasize being outdoors, around animals, on hikes, next to rivers & creeks, at community gardens, at stone barn common, cycling, fishing, racing, gambling, winery-ing. The village is active adult. 6,000+ feet of Piney Run traverses rolling pastures and wooded hills. The village will be home to almost 60 people (singles and couples) living in 30 dwellings on a 7-acre hamlet, all within a 115-acre farm. The farm itself is wrapped by 800 acres of well-maintained public conservation land with staff, gardens, programs, and 15-miles of walking/riding/hiking trails.
