Ovation at Oak Tree is a new 55+ active adult community in Lacey, Washington. The 40+ acre Oak Preserve features pocket parks, walking paths, and green spaces. An array of amenities are offered in the two clubhouses that include clubs, an indoor swimming pool, exercise studios, outdoor kitchens and community fire rings. The Family Picnic Park features a BBQ station and recreation lawn.  The community was a winner at the National Association of Home Builders in 2019 for Best 55+ Clubhouse in an over 200 Home Community.
