Wild Sage is a small cohousing community in Boulder, Colorado, made up of singles, families, couples, and seniors. The mixed-income condominium community offers attached townhomes, a common house, pedestrian paths, and outdoor common space. Members contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the property through HOA dues and and participate in the decision-making process. The Community shares a 3500 square foot common house that is used for common meals, parties, workshops, classes, meetings, playgroups, exercise, guest housing, collective TV watching. The city of Boulder offers many recreational opportunities, cultural events, dining and entertainment.
