Stone Curves is a cohousing community on 5.1 acres just a few miles from downtown Tucson, Arizona. Comprised of 48 homes, the all ages community is divided into five villages connected through walkways and gathering spots. It features a common house with kitchen, library, and guest rooms, a swimming pool, playground, a large community garden, and chickens for fresh eggs. Homeowners must dedicate a few hours each month of �job sharing� for the upkeep of the community. Homes priced from the low $100's to the mid-$200's. Rental are also available.
