Squam River Landing is an all ages community of sustainable homes woven within the Squam Lake watershed in Ashland, New Hampshire.The community offers many amenities which include walking trails, and a clubhouse with outside patio. Riveredge Marina is the social center of the community and offers day docking, and boat slips. Homesites are wooded or have lake and mountain views.  Ashland is a small, picturesque town located in the center of the state, and gateway to the Lakes Region, on the southern edge of the White Mountain National Forest. The community is about 12 miles south of Campton.
