The Colony at The Grand sits on the historic grounds of the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama, and is at the heart of Mobile Bay's Eastern Shore just outside of Fairhope, Alabama.  Comprised of 175 acres, it is part of the historic Lakewood Club in Fairhope, with  Sweetwater Lake as the centerpiece connecting the community with surrounding walking trails, a sunset pier and a white sand beach.
