Placer Vineyards is a new master-planned, mixed-use community where natural and urban landscapes are woven together on 5,230 acres in Roseville, California. The community will feature a mix of residential neighborhoods, schools, town centers, several parks and recreational areas.  A transportation network of roadways, bike and pedestrian trails, along with regional and local buses will connect residents to community facilities. Two small village centers will be the focal points of the residential neighborhoods, with a public plaza and pedestrian-friendly streets. A range of housing styles are offered within the development, which will include over 14,000 homes.
