Heritage Sands is a small community of approximately 60 cottages, located in Dennis Port, Massachusetts. Developed on 8 acres overlooking Nantucket Sound, the cottages are clustered around common greens to create a �pocket neighborhood�. Crushed shell paths wind down to over 600 feet of the community�s private beach where residents enjoy kayaking, swimming and fishing. Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and a community clubhouse with kitchen, lounge and gym. The one, two or three-bedroom homes are available in several styles and feature classic architecture, hurricane-code coastal construction, smart design, and energy efficient systems.
