Edgewater is a small coastal town of about 21,000 near New Smyrna, Florida (there are actually 3 Edgewaters in FL - here, in Broward County, and a part of Miami). Hollywood is to the south. This quiet town has great barrier islands on the Atlantic with many wonderful beaches. Edgewater is a sleeper town - you don't hear much about it but it seems like a nice place to live.
