Seaside Landing is located between Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach on the intracoastal. Seaside Landing is an intimate community of 52 condominiums, each with 3 or 4 bedrooms and large verandas. Amenities in the community include a large pool, spa, fitness room, members clubhouse and a day dock. The 6 story building is surrounded by large grass lawns and lush landscaping. There may be short sales available at some times. Prices range from the high $100's to the $400's. This community filed for bankruptcy in late 2011.
